📖 Synopsis
Three weeks on Nexus, Maya joins a team of alien scholars investigating the gate failures while Diego explores the Underbelly — the ancient Architect infrastructure beneath the surface. Maya predicts more gate deaths, including the Threadweaver migration route that Soll's family depends on. Diego discovers a hidden control room revealing that the Architects' gate network was designed not just to connect worlds, but to monitor and throttle them. And deep in the ruins, he finds Lena Voss — a human engineer who arrived thirty years ago and has been systematically destroying gates to free the network from the Architects' invisible control.
